Berkuasa sungguh Speaker DUN Perak hinggakan tiada cara dan peruntukan untuk memecat beliau; begitulah agaknya pemikiran Ngeh, seorang pengamal undang-undang. Nasib baik dia tak kata, Speaker yang dilantik oleh rakyat tidak boleh dipecat, sebagaimana seringkali mereka menyatakan Nizar, MB lantikan rakyat manakala Zambry pula MB lantikan istana.
Dalam amalan demokrasi negara kita, lantikan MB dari kalangan ahli Dewan yang mewakili parti yang mempunyai kerusi majoriti di dalan DUN dan dibuat atas perkenan Raja atau Sultan negeri berkenaan. MB menerima watikah perlantikan dari Sultan atau Raja.
