Mohamad Sabu, salah seorang Naib Presiden PAS yang kini menawarkan diri bertanding jawatan Timbalan Presiden PAS sudah menjadi jutawan mengejut. Menurut sumber yang boleh dipercayai, beliau bersama seorang ahli PAS dari Kedah telah dianugerahkan sebidang kawasan balak di Lojing oleh Kerajaan Nik Aziz. Anggaran pendapatan dari kawasan balak adalah sebanyak RM 60 juta.

Wow! Bang Mad Sabu dah kaya rupanya.

Semasa PAS memerintah Terengganu, beliau juga pernah memohon kawasan balak daripada Mustafa Ali yang menjadi Exco kerajaan negeri. Kawasan yang dipohon dikatakan dalam Daerah Dungun, sebuah kawasan hutan simpan.
